Examples of typical projects encountered at DESE are shown below and to the right of this page. SolidWorks is used to create 3D models and CAD. CAD drawings use GD&T per ASME Y14.5-2018. SolidWorks Simulation is used for FEA stress & deflection analysis. Engineering calculations are performed using MapleSoft mathematics software.
